CALMA Workshop – connection, recharging, presence

If you feel like you're constantly on the go and rarely stop even for a moment, this morning is for you.

We start the programme on the Danube bank in Győrzámoly with a guided, slow yoga session. Not a workout, not a performance – just tuning in to your body, your breath and the present moment.

Then we continue at Solita Cafe, where we have coffee together, chat, and leave time for things to unfold naturally.

In the second half of the morning we move into a simple yet meditative creative process: painting flower pots.

What you can expect:
– a break from the everyday rush
– slowing down in body and mind
– time close to nature on the Danube bank
– easy, genuine connection with others
– a calm, creative presence

If you feel there's too much noise around you and a space like this would do you good, this is the place for you.

Coming on your own? So do many others! Think of it as time set aside just for yourself. An open, warm-hearted group is waiting for you, so you'll feel part of our community from the very first minute. 🫂
